Colli Martani DOC

Best known as the home appellation for Grechetto, Umbria's signature white grape, and used by the big Montefalco houses for their white wines. Grechetto dei Colli Martani is a mid-weight white with pear, golden apple, hazelnut, a slightly waxy texture and moderate acidity, sometimes barrel fermented for extra richness. The Sangiovese reds are decent but mostly local. Caprai's Grecante is the well-known version and one of the most widely distributed Umbrian whites in the US.

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Colli Martani, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
