Gravina DOC

A white only DOC from the high, cool inland Murge near Basilicata, and for practical purposes a one estate appellation: Botromagno makes almost all of it. The wine is a Greco and Malvasia based blend, pale straw with white peach, pear, chamomile, lemon and a faint almond bitterness, light to medium bodied, dry and crisp with a mineral finish. Uncomplicated, food friendly and cheap, and one of the easier obscure DOCs to tick off.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Gravina, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
