Moscato di Sardegna DOC

A regional DOC designed for sweet sparkling Moscato in the Asti mould, made by tank fermentation to keep the grape's aromatics. Expect pale gold, orange blossom, grapey fresh must, ripe peach and a light, frothy sweetness balanced by decent acidity, at low alcohol. It's a holiday and dessert wine for the island and very little leaves Sardinia.
