Nardò DOC

Negroamaro from the hot, sea influenced plain around Nardò, where Schola Sarmenti has made the DOC its calling card. The rosso is dark and full, with black plum, fig, carob, tobacco and a saline, bitter cocoa finish, medium plus tannin and 14% alcohol; the Nerio riserva shows how much depth old alberello Negroamaro can deliver. Rosati are deep coral, savory and cherry driven.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Nardò, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
