Tarquinia DOC

A broad coastal DOC over the Etruscan plains around Tarquinia, sharing rules with Cerveteri to the south. Sangiovese and Montepulciano reds with cherry, plum, dried herbs and moderate tannin; Trebbiano and Malvasia whites with lemon and almond, both simple and fresh. Sant'Isidoro is the estate to know; a few newer producers like Muscari Tomajoli farm the same soils but bottle under Lazio IGT.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Tarquinia, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
