Vittoria DOC

The companion DOC created alongside the Cerasuolo DOCG for wines that don't fit the blend, above all varietal Frappato. Vittoria Frappato is pale ruby, fragrant with wild strawberry, cranberry, rose, violet and white pepper, light in body and tannin with bright acidity, best served cool; it's the Sicilian answer to Beaujolais or Schiava. Varietal Nero d'Avola from the red sands here is juicier and less heavy than western examples.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Vittoria, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
