Reno DOC

IL PROGETTODOCRENOAAIT93653423Denominazione di Origine Controllata

No strip issued. I'm still hunting a bottle.

A minor DOC for the flat land along the Reno river between Bologna and Ferrara, built around Montù, a neutral, high-yielding native white grown almost nowhere else. The wines are pale, light and simple: lemon, green apple, a touch of almond, usually frizzante and sometimes off-dry. They exist to wash down Bolognese food and rarely leave the province. It's one of the least-seen appellations in Italy.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Reno, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
